“Works are progressing well at Elmwood the external scaffold has now been stripped and works are shortly due to start on the external works, services have now been installed and are being tested and commissioned, Kitchens & Bathrooms have now been installed and the decoration is ongoing. Works are due for completion in November with tenants due to move in shortly after this”.
