The Brenig Commerce Park is Complete

We are pleased to announce that the finishing touches are being put on an exciting new commercial development in the North Wales area. There has been a long-term need for high-quality business premises which boast excellent links to both the local and the wider area – and we have been truly delighted to assist with the ongoing development of the ‘Parc Busnes Cartrefi Conwy Business Park’ in Mochdre, formerly the old creameries.

Brenig Construction is a company which is founded upon the ethos of achieving excellence through delivering high-quality local construction projects in a safe manner, on time and to budget – achieving fantastic results through hard work, and the determination to challenge the status quo.

We also believe wholeheartedly in supporting the communities around us, as well as the wider community of North Wales by reinvesting locally.

In both our builds and resources, we’re dedicated to making the area around us even better.

Whether it’s with affordable housing developments such as Penmaenmawr Road in Llanfairfechan, Infrastructure improvements such as our work at the Burbo Bank Power Station, or environmental improvements such as our work on the Peulwys Estate and Tre Cwm Estates – we’re huge advocates for the beauty and viability of the North Wales region, and we believe that we’re located in one of the very best areas in the UK in the terms of resources, supply and local talent.

Our works at the Parc Busnes Cartrefi Conwy Business Park in Mochdre have been very much a part of this ethos and the continued development of the North Wales area.

We purchased part of the Old Creameries in Mochdre and began works in March 2017, and we’ve been working ever since to provide six brand new industrial units to the business community in North Wales – something which was completed one year later, in March 2018.

We selected the Old Creameries based upon many factors, including (but not limited to!) close proximity to essential transport links such as the A55, as well as closeness to the local area and the community.

The great news from all of this news is that we have already found a purchaser for the site.  Due to our increased work with one of our main clients, Cartrefi Conwy, we have changed our business premises from Wynnstay Road in Colwyn Bay to the Parc Busnes Cartrefi Conwy Business Park and Taken on the new stand alone- 3000 sqft purpose built office, in order to accommodate our rapidly expanding company.

We’ll keep you informed about this exciting new development!
